What others are saying about the Lexis Port Dickson

“Pleasant Stay”

Stayed 2 nights end Nov 2013 and was quite happy with the design of the suite, particularly the view. Only setback is that the wash basin drainage was clogged and flooded the entire bathroom/entrance floor.

Front Office requires more training, queued more than half hour to be attended, assignment of room slow and upon check out, almost awarded me free stay and I had to remind them to charge me for the room. Reservations on the other hand was quite efficient.

Activities seem to be lacking. Breakfast so so but the service and care received from the Manager/Captain were fantastic. Minibar service instead of replenishing the can drink into the fridge, inadvertently left it on the table instead.

Overall a pleasant stay. Could have improved tremendously if there is more attention to detail.

“Relaxing holiday hotel”

I stayed at the water chalet and I must say that I was surprised by the generous size of the room and the best part is that the room has a king size bed and a single bed that can fit 3 adults comfortably. It also has a balcony where I get to relax but maybe dangerous with children.

The bathroom also contains a bathtub and a shower that opens up to the skyline if you want to. The hotel is a little inconvenient without a car but I guess the hotel can always arrange for transportation for guests. My children were very happy holidaying here in the pool. Will definitely go back there again.

“Great for Family”

Nice location which near to supermarket and local seafood restaurant.
Stay at Premium Tower Seaview room, nice view of sunset!

A compliment for the service of the staffs, which are friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The room facilities are quite old and hope the resort will do a refurbish, as the wooden floor in the room are cracking and the walkway are quite slippery when wet (dangerous for senior citizen).

We enjoy our stay as children are enjoying their time for the activities such as bicycle ride, archery, segway, sumo wrestling, & etc. in the resort. Definitely will visit the resort again and will try out their chalet for the next visit!

Room Tip: Higher floors for a better view of the sunset and seaview!

“Ideal waterfront location for weekend getaway”

Checked in late on Friday night and was assisted with a buggy ride to the seafront room. Weird part was entering into the washroom first which then leads to the room. A small balcony faces the sea and view was great. All washroom and room amenities are fully provided, like the toiletries.

Umbrellas and ironing boards all also provided if there’s a need. Satellite TV channels are a little limited, and morning breakfast in the restaurant could be pretty challenging during weekend. Overall it’s been a good experience.

Room Tip: The closer to the sea, the further away from the main building.

“A great lifetime experience to float on a chalet with an outstanding view.”

Fantastic venue. Great management. Only 2 hours’ drive from KL and Singapore. Value for money. Excellent view. Nice common area. Decent bed, tv and clean bathroom. The room we got was a deluxe spa suit, with an equipped kitchen, laundry, spa, private pool and a clean bathroom. Free WiFi internet with and 24 hours reception service. Late check outs was also available for an extra payment.

Room Tip: Get the romantic package that comes with buffet breakfast and a dinner for couple.

About the Lexis Port Dickson

One of the best resorts in Port Dickson would be the Lexis Port Dickson (formerly known as the Legend Water Chalets resort). The resort’s special feature is its chalets built over water. In this resort, its interior proves much more interesting than its exterior whereby guests prefer to stay inside the chalets rather than going out.

Why You Must Not Miss The Lexis Port Dickson

As soon as you step inside the chalets, there is a transparent glass panel through which you can see the sea below. Apart from this, when you open the door to the balcony, you get a fantastic view of the Straits of Malacca. The chalets are ideal for couples and honeymoon goers who tend to be spending most of their time in their rooms.

Transparent Glass Panel

The calming effect of the sea coupled with the transparent glass panel thru which you could see schools of fish swimming around  are the top reasons most of the hotel guests prefer to stay indoor. They are excited to see the tide changes and anxiously waiting to see fish passing by.

Balinese Style Architecture

All the rooms are designed in Balinese style. They are decorated with tumble stones and tropical hard wood flooring. The rooms are fantastically beautiful and some of them can easily fit a family of four comfortably.

Resorts Are Build Above Sea

Since the resort is build over sea water, there is no beach around. But the staffs are more than happy to arrange outdoor activities such as open-sea fishing, trips to the Tanjung Tuan Forest Reserve for raptor watching, trips to the coral reefs in Teluk Kemang and to an ostrich farm. The resort comes with a coffe-house for casual dining featuring local and international cuisine.

Lobby Bar Lounge

There is also a Lobby Bar Lounge for drinks and snacks. Its facilities include a gymnasium, sauna, swimming pool, children playground, indoor board games, meeting rooms and etc.
